Pastor Tracy attended Southwestern Assembly of God University and both he and Penny are graduates of Abundant Life School of Ministry in LaMarque, Texas. They have been in ministry since 1998, and started Harvest Church Pocatello in 2002 and recently started Harvest Church Idaho Falls.
